Adult Award Nominations Deadline

Girl Scouts happens because so many amazing adults give their time and energy to help girls learn and grow! It’s time to celebrate the amazing adults who make Girl Scouts shine!

Nominations for our annual Volunteer Recognition are now open through November 15, 2025 (11:59 PM PT).

A few important reminders before you submit:

  • Above & Beyond: These awards honor volunteers who exceed the expectations of their role or position—not just doing the job, but going the extra mile for girls, troops, service units, or the council.
  • Be Specific: Your nomination should clearly explain why the nominee deserves the award. Give concrete examples tied to the award’s specific criteria (e.g., “organized three multi-troop STEM days serving 150 girls,” “mentored two new leaders through first cookie season,” “secured in-kind donations that saved $2,000,” “built a new community partnership that expanded programming in two counties,” etc.).

How to Nominate

  1. Review the award descriptions and criteria: Adult Recognition Handbook
  2. Submit your nomination here: Adult Recognition Nomination Form
  3. Deadline: November 15, 2025 (no extensions)

Thank you for helping us recognize the volunteers who make a lasting difference for our Girl Scouts. We can’t wait to read your nominations!
