Welcome to Howdy Horses! This enchanting program is specially designed for young explorers eager to dive into the world of majestic horses. It’s a unique chance for girls to step into a fairy tale where they not only meet these noble creatures up close but also unleash their creativity with a fun arts and crafts project to treasure forever. Remember, while we won’t be riding the horses, dressing up for the occasion is part of the fun! So, grab your adventure boots and let’s embark on a journey of discovery and imagination.
NOTE – This program does not involve horseback riding. Proper attire is still required.

Join fellow Girl Scouts in grade 3 and up to earn all three levels of the GSCCC Archery Patch Program – Maiden, Scout, and Huntress. The GSCCC Archery Patch Program must be completed in order. Get ready for a fun-filled day of treat making at Camp Arnaz! Girl Scouts will get to meet our horses, learn all about horse care and nutrition, and whip up delicious no-bake horse treats. Girls will become personal chefs for the horses and get the chance to feed them their delicious creations. It’s a day of laughter, learning, and bonding with these magnificent animals. Join us for an unforgettable day of horsin’ around and treat-making!
NOTE – This program does not involve riding or grooming. Some treats may need to set in a fridge or freezer and be fed at a later time. If so, girls we be able to feed pre-made treats to the horses.
