Our Timber Trailblazers program offers young Girl Scouts an engaging introduction to axe throwing, combining the thrill of the sport with a secure and fun experience. Welcome to “Filly Fun,” an engaging Girl Scout science program designed for Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors! Explore the fascinating world of horses through interactive sessions where topics like anatomy, breeds and colors, and equine behavior take center stage. Each session combines hands-on instruction with lively demonstrations, offering young scouts a chance to learn and interact with these majestic creatures. Join us for an educational journey that sparks curiosity and fosters a love for both science and the wonderful world of horses!

Note: This program does not include horseback riding. Check in for this program will be in the main parking lot in front of the lodge at Camp Arnaz.

Perfect your shot at our BB Gun Rifle Shooting Range! Join fellow Girl Scouts in grade 4 and up to earn all four levels of the GSCCC BB Patch Program – Benchrest, Standing, Kneeling, and Prone. The GSCCC BB Patch Program must be completed in order.

This sport can help teach patience, discipline, determination, focus, and attention to detail – key elements of leadership and confidence building! Learning how to handle guns properly and safely through necessary training is of utmost importance so that girls can develop a healthy respect for the sport and the tools used before engaging in any activity.

Brownies and Juniors girls get moving and creative as they explore the art of dance and music! They’ll warm up, try out new dance styles, discover how music is made around the world, choreograph their own routines, create original songs, and share their performances with others. It’s a fun-filled journey of rhythm, movement, and self-expression! Cadettes and Seniors girls build confidence and creativity as they take the spotlight! They’ll develop stage presence, refine their delivery, explore different performance styles, and work together to create and present a live show—from script to spotlight.
