Through this badge, Juniors learn that we’re all uniquely US—and that’s what makes us exactly right. They explore and appreciate the qualities that make them great, both physical and non-physical, and learn how to avoid comparing themselves to others. They practice affirming themselves and their body autonomy through their words and actions. They also learn how to celebrate differences between people while seeing and appreciating everything we share.
Through this badge, Cadettes look beyond society’s beauty stereotypes and hidden media messaging—the virtual “mirror” that tells them what they should be—to find and appreciate their authenticity. Through fun activities like experimenting with personal style and dress, outrageous makeovers, creating authenticity campaigns, and attending women’s sporting events, they learn to see through the hype and own their glow.

Through this badge, Daisies begin the journey to body appreciation by exploring ways to have fun with movement. They get active with big movements (gross motor skills) like dancing, gardening, and stretching. They also learn how small movements (fine motor skills) let them do fun things like drawing or smelling a flower. Moving big or moving small, their body does it all!
Through this badge, Brownies learn how to use their bodies to get the most out of their “me time”—time they spend doing something nice for themselves—so they can feel their very best. They find out how food fuels their fun; how to feel great by stretching, laughing, and doing other big movements; and how to use positive body language to give themselves a boost. They also see how their bodies are tools that let them explore the world and learn new things
