Cadette Girl Scouts, in grades 6–8, are ready to take the lead—and our troop gives them the space to do just that. Through exciting challenges, deeper community involvement, and growing independence, Cadettes build the confidence to lead with purpose. Whether they’re mentoring younger scouts, earning meaningful awards, or tackling issues they care about, Cadettes grow into strong, capable young leaders who are ready to make their mark.

Girls will explore safety topics like fire, floods, and earthquakes through engaging storytelling, hands-on activities, and games. They’ll practice what to do in an emergency, identify trusted adults, and build confidence in their ability to stay calm and safe.
Each participant will take home a mini preparedness kit and a “Prepare with Pedro” certificate to celebrate their new safety skills!
