Brownies and Juniors become Logic Leaders as they earn their Think Like a Programmer badge. Girls will break down challenges into smaller parts, design sequences, and create code-like solutions using real-world problems and imaginative scenarios. Whether it’s robotics or storytelling, they’ll learn how programmers think—and how they can use those same skills in everyday life.

Older girls step into the role of Code Catalysts during the Think Like a Programmer journey. They’ll dive deeper into computational thinking, algorithmic problem-solving, and debugging techniques while exploring how coding can solve real-world challenges. Whether building a program or leading a tech-based Take Action project, they’ll become digital change-makers ready to shape the future.

LGBTQ + Pride Month Fun Patch Program (All)

June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month, an annual celebration of the achievements, impact, and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community in the United States. In June we also commemorate the Stonewall uprising which marks the beginning of a movement to outlaw discriminatory laws and practices against LGBTQ+ Americans.

Simi Valley Girl Scout Day Camp (All, V, T)

Registration will open in late February.  Mark your calendars so you don’t miss out!

Registration is open to all registered Girl Scouts, from incoming kindergarteners to the graduating 12th graders.
Any girl can join Girl Scouts just so she can attend camp!

Simi Valley Girl Scout Day Camp is 100% volunteer run.
For all of our fabulous volunteers we offer:

  • Free! If you volunteer all week, we will refund one daughter’s registration fees!
  • Discounts off of one daughter’s registration fee if you volunteer for 1 to 4 days.
  • Boy Patrol: Boys who are currently in Kindergarten through 6th grade may attend with a parent or guardian volunteering all week.
  • PeeWee Campers: Boys and girls who are potty trained but not yet old enough for the main camp and who have a parent or guardian volunteering all week.
