Cue the Music Fun Patch Program (All)
This program introduces the joy of making, playing, and moving to music in a fun and interactive way. By crafting their own tambourines out of paper plates, they learn how instruments can be created from simple everyday materials. They then use their instruments in a rhythm echo game, where they practice listening carefully, recognizing patterns, and working together to keep the beat. Finally, they get moved with a lively freeze dance activity, using their bodies and instruments to express themselves freely through music. Together, these activities combine creativity, collaboration, and self-expression while fostering a love and appreciation for music.
Cost: $5 includes fun patch

Rose Parade Decorating (J*CSAV)
The amazing floats in the Rose Parade are decorated by volunteers!
Beginning well before Thanksgiving, volunteers (10+ years old) begin preparing dried flowers and other materials for the floats.
In the few days before New Year’s Day, volunteers (12+) work around the clock to decorate the floats with fresh flowers and other items.
Fiesta works with Girl Scouts most often so be sure to check out their schedule.
Want a list of all of the builders looking for volunteers? Check out the Rose Parade’s site for additional information on how you can help.
