Junior Horseback Riding Badge (J)

Date: Sat Aug 22 2026, 3:00 PM PDT – 6:00 PM PDT

Join us for an exciting hands-on adventure where girls will clean stalls, groom horses, and experience the thrill of horseback riding! This program goes beyond horses – it’s about building responsibility, dedication, and a whole lot of fun! Saddle up for an unforgettable journey filled with hoofbeats and joyful memories! This program will satisfy the badge requirements for the Junior Horseback Riding Badge.

Price: $65 per girl

Due to the nature of the permissions given to registrants, only legal parents/guardians may register their own girls.

All interactions with the horses (including petting, feeding, and riding) are at the discretion of the instructor.

The Girl Scout Safety Award Program helps girls develop the skills and knowledge they need to stay safe in different situations—whether at home, at school, in their communities, or on outdoor adventures. Each level of the program builds on key safety skills, from basic emergency preparedness to self-defense and responsible decision-making.

Fun With Movement Badge Workshop (D)

Date: Sat Aug 29 2026, 10:30 AM PDT – 12:00 PM PDT

Through this badge, Daisies begin the journey to body appreciation by exploring ways to have fun with movement. They get active with big movements (gross motor skills) like dancing, gardening, and stretching. They also learn how small movements (fine motor skills) let them do fun things like drawing or smelling a flower. Moving big or moving small, their body does it all!

Me Time Badge Workshop (B)

Date: Sat Aug 29 2026, 12:30 PM PDT – 2:00 PM PDT
Through this badge, Brownies learn how to use their bodies to get the most out of their “me time”—time they spend doing something nice for themselves—so they can feel their very best. They find out how food fuels their fun; how to feel great by stretching, laughing, and doing other big movements; and how to use positive body language to give themselves a boost. They also see how their bodies are tools that let them explore the world and learn new things

Uniquely Us Badge Workshop (J)

Through this badge, Juniors learn that we’re all uniquely US—and that’s what makes us exactly right. They explore and appreciate the qualities that make them great, both physical and non-physical, and learn how to avoid comparing themselves to others.
