Safety is an important part of every Girl Scout’s journey! The Girl Scout Safety Award Program helps girls develop the skills and knowledge they need to stay safe in different situations—whether at home, at school, in their communities, or on outdoor adventures. Each level of the program builds on key safety skills, from basic emergency preparedness to self-defense and responsible decision-making.

Through this badge, Daisies begin the journey to body appreciation by exploring ways to have fun with movement. They get active with big movements (gross motor skills) like dancing, gardening, and stretching. They also learn how small movements (fine motor skills) let them do fun things like drawing or smelling a flower. Moving big or moving small, their body does it all!
